Because Alphorn uses the WhatsApp Business API, you will need verified Meta and WhatsApp Business accounts to get started.
You can set these accounts up for the first time from within Alphorn, however we recommend you set up and verify your business in advance if you plan to use a telephone number provided by WhatsApp.
Once your account is set up there is a short wait whilst WhatsApp validates your account (24 hours max but usually shorter), then you can start using the platform!
Alphorn can fetch data from your ATS or HRIS system using our API. We can also push availability data and notes back to your system. Functionality varies by system, so reach out to us for more information.
